You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and intellectual property in all documents, files, images, and content you process with SwiftFileKit. Because files are executed purely in your device's local memory, SwiftFileKit asserts no ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over your files.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Service, you agree that you will NOT use SwiftFileKit to:

• Process, distribute, or create documents containing malicious code, viruses, trojans, or exploit payloads.
• Infringe on the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
